About the Role

This role supports end-to-end documentation, training, and testing efforts related to enterprise process changes and system implementations (primarily ERP/IBP). It involves updating SOPs, supporting process redesign, training delivery, coordinating testing, and managing data validation during system go-lives. The ideal candidate bridges operational knowledge with technical execution, ensuring readiness and adoption across business units.

What You Will Do

  • Understand our current processes, document any gaps in the future state and document manual workarounds required that are in place
  • Update standard operating procedures (ERP) and process documentation outside of ERP due to changes/impact e.g. IBP
  • Address cross functional business needs to understand changes and assess impacts through business documentation and socialization
  • Review, provide edits to training content (iterations) and approve training produced by PwC
  • Deliver training to extended team/organization
  • Provide testing support to the SMEs and Process leads to retest, log defects, understand detailed test scripts, update test steps and trackers, perform data staging and facilitate org level planning for upcoming test cycle.
  • Support the process leads and SMEs all data validations, Mock cycles, data reconciliation, dress rehearsal, cutover and go-live activities

What You Will Need

  • Strong experience in documenting current vs. future state processes
  • Skilled in identifying process gaps and documenting manual workarounds
  • Proficient in updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across ERP systems
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements, assess cross-functional impacts, and socialize process changes
  • Experienced in working with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and external partners (e.g., PwC)
  • Experience in reviewing, editing, and approving training materials
  • Skilled in facilitating and delivering training sessions to large or distributed teams
  • Familiar with adult learning principles and iterative content development
  • Experience in supporting UAT and system testing including:
  • Logging defects
  • Executing/reviewing test scripts
  • Updating test documentation and trackers
  • Data staging and prep for testing
  • Knowledge of mock cycles, dress rehearsals, cutover planning, and go-live activities
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tools
  • Proficient in tools like Excel, JIRA, Confluence, and test management tools
  • Comfortable with managing documentation in SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to translate technical/system changes into simple user-facing documentation

 

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $43.00/hour - $63.00/hour
