About the Role

We are seeking a Marketplace Enablement and Communications Specialist to join our Partner Engagement team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in supporting the expansion of the Workday Marketplace by crafting strategic communications and enablement programs that accelerate marketplace adoption and drive engagement with AI-driven solutions. You will play a crucial role in educating and empowering internal teams and marketplace partners through clear, impactful messaging and tailored enablement content, ensuring seamless adoption of our SaaS marketplace offerings.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement enablement and communication strategies that clearly articulate marketplace updates, AI-powered feature launches, and ecosystem initiatives to diverse stakeholders including sales, partners, and customers.
  • Partner closely with partner, product management, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment around marketplace innovations.
  • Facilitate virtual and live training sessions, webinars, and workshops focused on marketplace functionalities, launches, updates, etc.
  • Monitor and report on communication and training effectiveness using data-driven insights to refine future programs.

What You Will Need

  • Highly organized with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing the impact of training and enablement communications.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and delivering global partner enablement programs and scalable, self-serve training content (e.g., guides, videos, onboarding workflows) for SaaS, AI-driven, or marketplace platforms—with a focus on activation, adoption, and ecosystem engagement.
  • 2+ years experience using enablement and communication platforms and technologies (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Confluence, HubSpot, Zoom Webinars).

 

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $37.66/hour - $50.21/hour
