About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Partner Marketing Manager (contractor) to support and expand our strategic Workday Wellness Partnerships. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving brand awareness and engagement through impactful partner marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with key wellness partners, the Global Partner Organization, and Wellness Product Marketing to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. Your contributions will significantly influence the success of our partnerships and programs, making this an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about workplace well-being.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with key Workday Wellness partners to understand their unique marketing priorities, identify co-marketing opportunities, and develop differentiated marketing plans.
- Create and manage partner enablement materials to ensure consistent messaging and value proposition.
- Collaborate with a defined list of partners on content strategy, including partner-led webinars, blogs, digital presence, social amplification, event participation, and customer stories.
- Align partner-led marketing activities with overarching marketing calendar.
- Assist partners with the development of differentiated messaging frameworks based on Workday’s foundational Wellness partnership value proposition.
- Support wellness-focused field events, sponsorships, and customer programs where partner engagement is strategic.
- Track and measure the success of Wellness partner marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure messaging alignment and integration of partner offerings into broader Workday Wellness initiatives.
What You Will Need
- 5–8 years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B demand generation—ideally in enterprise SaaS or employee well-being space.
- Experience working with wellness or employee benefits providers (e.g., insurance benefits, health and wellness, financial benefits).
- Strong storytelling, content development, and campaign management skills.
- Excellent project management and relationship-building skills with the ability to foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strategic thinker who proactively takes action, executes quickly, and can drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Passion for workplace well-being and creating human-centered business outcomes.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $45.80/hour - $61.07/hour
