About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager (contractor) to drive the growth of our strategic partnerships. In this role, you will work closely with key partners to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and engagement. Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting the success of these partnerships and driving overall program success.

 

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with key strategic partners to understand their marketing priorities, identify co-marketing opportunities, and develop tailored marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with partners on content strategy, including webinars, blogs, digital presence, social amplification, event participation, and customer stories.
  • Align partner-led marketing activities with the overarching marketing calendar.
  • Assist partners in developing messaging frameworks based on Workday’s partnership value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of partner marketing programs.
  • Support field events, sponsorships, and customer programs where partner engagement is crucial.
  • Track and measure the success of partner marketing programs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure messaging alignment and integration of partner offerings into broader initiatives.

What You Will Need

  • 8-10+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B demand generation—preferably in enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience working with strategic partnerships in B2B or B2C marketing organizations.
  • Strong storytelling, content development, and campaign management skills.
  • Excellent project management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker who can drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Passion for workplace well-being and human-centered business outcomes.

 

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $45.80/hour - $61.07/hour
