About the Role

Join Workday's Global Partner Marketing team in a contract position as a Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing marketing campaigns and programs to drive awareness, engagement, and growth within Workday's partner ecosystem. Your work will involve collaborating with key partners, developing marketing assets, and supporting the overall growth goals of Workday. Candidates in Pleasanton, CA will also be considered for this hybrid schedule. 

What You Will Do

  • Build and manage marketing assets and programs to support Workday's partner ecosystem vision
  • Collaborate with agencies to assist Workday Innovation partners in creating marketing and sales assets
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective marketing programs aligned with business objectives
  • Assist in creating partner-led marketing content such as solution briefs, social media assets, videos, etc.
  • Support marketing enablement webinars for Workday Partners
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize partner marketing activities
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify trends for improvements in partner marketing

What You Will Need

  • 8+ years of global partner marketing experience in the B2B tech sector
  • Ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing plans
  • Strong collaboration skills across functions and geographies
  • Experience in creating co-marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously
  • Passion for learning and willingness to experiment
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on results measurement
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Experience executing partner marketing strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills

 

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $76.34/hour - $101.79/hour
