About the Role

In this role, you would support Corporate Marketing team with administrative and logistical requests.

What You Will Do

  • Assists with specialized administrative support and advanced administrative duties. 
  • Processes vendor contracts, purchasing requests, invoices, and coordinates wire transfers, check requests, etc. 
  • Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. 
  • May take and deliver messages, provide information to callers, proofread, and research and compile special reports. 
  • Help maintain office equipment.
  • Coordinates facilities requests, conference room scheduling and catering requests. 
  • Sets up local and offsite meetings. 
  • Develops presentations and spreadsheets as needed.

What You Will Need

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably supporting a corporate or marketing team.
  • Experience with coordinating meetings, managing logistics, and handling invoices or vendor contracts is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – especially useful for creating spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Experience with calendaring tools (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar).
  • Familiarity with expense or purchasing systems (like SAP Concur, Workday, Oracle, etc.).
  • Comfortable learning and using office equipment and internal systems.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing is a plus.

 

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $42.84/hour - $57.12/hour*******
