This contract opportunity is with Arrow Electronics. 

About The Role:
The Electrical Engineer  will help the architect, develop, and refine the electrical systems that bring together state-of-the-art computing hardware, sensing, and power systems and will work day 1 onsite from San Mateo, CA

What Will You Do:

• Define the architecture and select components for a complex embedded electro-mechanical and optical system
• Work and direct others through detailed design of main logic, interconnect, power, RF and sensing systems around a mobile SOC
• Integrate sophisticated cameras and imaging electronics
• Incorporate DFM and other manufacturing considerations on the way to high-quality mass production
• Create and carry out a validation plan for the system electronics
• Solve related reliability, yield, and performance issues through development and into production

What Will You Need:

• Experience in Electronics Principles, Circuit Design, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and layout
• Experience with design tools including Cadence Orcad and Allegro
• Experience with basic interfaces such as I2C, SMBUS, SPI, UART, USB.
• Worked with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Display and Network interfaces
• Experience in Mobile SoC design
• Collaborate with ODMs/OEMs on system requirements, including bringup and validation plans
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex electrical systems using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal integrity tools. 
• Experince range min 5-15+ years
• Bachelor’s Degree

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $45.54/hour - $60.71/hour
