About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Change Enablement professional who is passionate about guiding organizations through the complexities of change. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our Business Technology Communications and Program Management teams, ensuring that employees are well-informed and inspired to embrace IT changes. Your collaborative spirit and leadership skills will be essential as you develop change enablement plans, communications, training materials, and documentation for large-scale IT initiatives. A strong understanding of change management principles and a keen interest in rolling out new technology within a global organization will be critical to your success.

What You Will Do

• Create and implement a comprehensive IT change communication strategy that educates audiences about BT change enablement initiatives.
• Apply a structured methodology to lead change communications management activities in collaboration with project leaders.
• Work closely with the Program Operations team to apply organizational change management processes and tools for new system implementations.
• Develop high-quality materials that simplify complex IT processes, focusing on their impact on daily workflows.
• Produce various communication formats including Slack messages, email announcements, short-form video tutorials, and intranet pages.
• Collaborate with IT product managers and enablement teams to ensure a cohesive approach for change adoption across platforms.
• Create metrics to track the success of adoption efforts for new products, tools, and processes.
• Act with urgency and organization to meet or exceed requirements in dynamic environments.

  What You Will Need

• Strong expertise in IT change management and communications.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in collaboration tools such as G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Smartsheet.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience in creating executive-level presentations.
• Analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and change adoption.
• 5+ years of work experience in IT change enablement, strategy, and communications within the tech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, change management, or related field.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $61.07/hour - $81.43/hour
