About the Role

This role is for a scrum master within the AMI meter data team who is responsible for taking and creating data services for customer and distribution teams. This will be a traditional scrum master role.  Candidates in Minneapolis, MN and Denver, CO will be considered for this hybrid schedule. 

What You Will Do

• Responsible for facilitating the Agile events
• Assist the team in removing impediments or blockers to their work
• Ensuring proper housekeeping by the team in tools like JIRA in addition to being available for team support

What You Will Need

• 5-7 years of previous scrum master experience with proven leadership in Agile Development and Implementation: 
• Extensive experience in leading agile development initiatives, with a deep understanding of agility principles, practices, and their organizational benefits. 
• Coaching and Training experience: the ability to coach teams and provide training on agile methodologies is crucial. This includes experience not only as a Scrum Master but also in expanding the reach of agile practices throughout the organization. 
• Very strong communication and collaboration skills: the ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of working across teams and breaking down silos to improve collaboration and eliminate blame-shifting. 
• Organizational Agile expansion: there should be a focus on expanding agile practices organization-wide, meaning the candidate should have experience or the ability to help grow agility beyond just team-level Scrum practices. 
• Demonstrate adaptability and Problem-Solving: someone who can manage organizational dependencies in a collaborative manner, with the goal of breaking down barriers between teams, is essential. 
• Soft skills, strong collaboration/communication skills. Not necessarily data or utility industry based.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $61.61/hour - $82.14/hour
