About the Role

Join our oCHRO Product Marketing team as a Product Marketing Contractor and drive the successful optimization and scale of our go-to-market strategies for some of Workday’s most prestigious initiatives. You'll play a key role in shaping how we bring Workday products, solutions, and stories to market, impacting commercial success through cross-team collaboration and organizational excellence. We’re a collaborative, smart, and fun team, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for working together to achieve great results.

What You Will Do

• Assist in implementing go-to-market plans for the oCHRO Product Marketing team
• Create internal and external marketing materials, sales tools, and core messaging
• Support and execute North America & EMEA program launches
• Help launch and activate key customer events
• Analyze oCHRO competitor offerings (products, pricing, positioning, strengths, and weaknesses) and provide competitive insights and materials for product marketing
• Contribute to the development of engaging content such as product documentation, videos, webinars, presentations, FAQs, and sales resources
• Manage content production by collaborating with Product, Marketing, Subject Matter Experts, and Creative & Brand teams

What You Will Need

• 7+ years of professional experience in business analysis and process automation.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development focusing on complex bot development.
• 4+ years Technical experience in .NET, HTML, JavaScript, and advanced automation tools preferred.
• Superb communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of audit controls, logging mechanisms, and error-handling techniques
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting and general business systems/processes.
• Experience in process mining using RPA, OCR, AI, ML for better business outcomes.
• Proven track record of enabling change within an organization.
• Intellectual curiosity with a continuous learning mindset.
• Experience with Workday financial system is a plus.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $16.07/hour - $21.43/hour
