About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Intelligent Automation Analyst with a strong background in developing RPA solutions to join our team. As a Senior RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated RPA solutions that optimize revenue operations at scale. This role requires expertise in automating finance processes and building complex, scalable bots to automate end-to-end revenue-related processes.

What You Will Do

• Design and Develop Complex RPA Solutions: Lead the design, development, and deployment of bots that automate revenue-related processes.
• Build Scalable Automation: Create bots that can handle large volumes of transactions and integrate with multiple systems.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to deliver efficient solutions.
• Integration with Enterprise Systems: Integrate RPA bots with enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Optimize Bots and Processes: Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows.
• Ensure ITGC Compliance: Design RPA workflows that meet IT General Controls requirements.
• Automation Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform end-to-end testing of RPA solutions.
• Process Documentation and Reporting: Document bot development processes and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Stay Up-to-Date with RPA Trends: Explore emerging RPA technologies to enhance automation efforts.

What You Will Need

• 7+ years of professional experience in business analysis and process automation.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development focusing on complex bot development.
• 4+ years Technical experience in .NET, HTML, JavaScript, and advanced automation tools preferred.
• Superb communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of audit controls, logging mechanisms, and error-handling techniques.
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting and general business systems/processes.
• Experience in process mining using RPA, OCR, AI, ML for better business outcomes.
• Proven track record of enabling change within an organization.
• Intellectual curiosity with a continuous learning mindset.
• Experience with Workday financial system is a plus.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $30.54/hour - $40.71/hour
