About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Workday Global Legal Services team as a contract Business System Analyst. This role is pivotal in driving business and technical requirements for Salesforce Cloud and Conga CLM initiatives, with a primary focus on enhancing our contract lifecycle management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in core business systems analysis capabilities, have experience working within a Corporate Legal environment, and demonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate with information technology teams. A deep understanding of Salesforce and the Conga Contract Management Lifecycle application suite is essential for success in this position.

This is an onsite schedule with the Pleasanton, CA office. 

What You Will Do

• Guide business units to improve processes and efficiency in Salesforce/Conga.
• Translate key legal business requirements into effective technical outcomes to achieve functional deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Business Technology organization to implement technical requirements and solutions in Salesforce/Conga using Agile methodologies.
• Author detailed documentation including business requirements documents, user stories, and user acceptance testing scripts.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure thorough testing of key solutions.
• Identify opportunities and alternatives in CLM user stories that may have been overlooked by other subject matter experts (SMEs).

 What You Will Need

• Strong business case definition skills.
• Competent writer of clear and concise requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop effective business process flow diagrams.
• Basic understanding of the contract lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams.
• Core understanding of business data analytics and effective reporting.
• Strong project management skill set.
• 5+ years Experience with Salesforce, Conga CLM and Atlassian JIRA
• 5+ years Experience working with Legal Transactional teams.
• Salesforce Reports and dashboards, CRM, and Apttus CPQ is preferred.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $63.62/hour - $84.82/hour*******
