About the Role

The Workday Business Technology team is looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager to join the Go-to-Market team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver capable of managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with executive stakeholders. This role will focus on Salesforce, Legal, and Contract Lifecycle Management. This is hybrid schedule with the Atlanta, GA office.  

What You Will Do

• Proactively drive discussions with cross-functional teams and executives to ensure alignment and execution of plans.
• Participate in internal scrum meetings with functional leads to ensure project details are communicated effectively.
• Manage timelines, deadlines, feature sets, risks, change requests, and releases.
• Lead programs across Salesforce and Agile methodologies, including PI Planning.
• Guide the team in time estimating practices and facilitate team estimates.
• Proactively identify roadblocks and mitigate risks.
• Maintain team data in project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheets) to support estimates and execution; create presentation content for upper-level management.
• Host key cadence team meetings with the ability to organize content effectively.
• Drive the team to complete key tasks, actions, and milestones for organizational and company program initiatives.
• Provide executive-level briefings regularly, including key performance indicators, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and key decisions.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong technical acumen to drive results effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• 5+ years in Salesforce and 8+ or more years in program management
• technical program management skills with the ability to build actionable plans with detailed timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; well-organized with attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Experience leading programs in Salesforce across Legal, Contract Management, Sales or similar domains.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum practices including PI Planning facilitation.
• Expertise in collaboration tools (e.g., G-Suite, Zoom) and presentation tools (e.g., Miro).
• Proven experience in program management across multiple regions.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $63.62/hour - $84.82/hour
