About the Role
This candidate must be experienced in case management and technical support, with a strong background in troubleshooting performance and configuration issues related to ONTAP, RedHat, and VMware. You must be skilled in using NetApp tools like SmartSolve to advance support cases, perform system prechecks, and document upgrade procedures. Be able to research and resolve support case questions or collaborate with case owners to ensure timely resolution. Additionally, be willing to travel for customer meetings and support, preferably based in the Eastern or Central time zone.
