About the Role
NetApp is undertaking a major transformation initiative, implementing Oracle Cloud ERP across the organization. This is an exciting new opportunity for the right candidate to perform as a Reporting Project Coordinator within this program.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution & project management of the unified cloud transformation initiative, specifically for the Data Conversion team.
- Will work closely with Project Managers and supporting workstreams leads across Finance, Supply Chain Management, IT, OCM, Data and Reporting to enable effective delivery of designated project activities.
- Responsible for generating accurate & comprehensive status reports for the Project & Program Manager.
- Assist with driving accountability to planned dates, creating and maintaining schedules in collaboration with Workstream PMs, Track PMs and relevant stakeholders.
- Assess project risks & issues, escalate as appropriate with team members or the Project Manager
- Organize & support project team meetings including setting up meeting rooms, assisting with travel logistics, preparing meeting materials, capturing meeting minutes & managing recordings
- Assist with activities related to project team onboarding for new team members (or team leavers), e.g., access, updated team materials (org charts) etc
- Administer Project Team Site's & shared project team repositories (SharePoint, Teams, Mailboxes)
- Assist in updating our Jira tickets as well as SmartSheets IMS
- Coordination: Ensuring smooth communication and coordination among team members
- Scheduling: Managing timelines and deadlines for data conversion tasks
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of data conversion processes and outcomes
- Quality Assurance: Overseeing data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency and supporting defect resolution processes
- Support: Providing administrative support to the team, including resource allocation and troubleshooting
What You Will Need
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to facilitate team interactions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all data conversion activities are accurately documented and executed
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data management concepts, tools and software
- 3+ years of project coordination/project administration experience, on multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on product development systems, technical environments or enterprise reporting.
- Experience working ERP, Resource management or PPM Systems.
- Previous experience with implementing cloud-based solutions or familiar with the concepts of cloud-based architecture and its implementation
- Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
- Proven ability to quickly build relationships and earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders
- Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure
- Ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity
- Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively
- Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs. Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools
- Experience with understanding various software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum
- Good working knowledge of SDLC
- Able to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
- BA/BS Degree preferred and or comparable work experience
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred
- Experience with MSP, MS Teams, SharePoint, SmartSheet
- Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence
- Experience with Agile Methodology
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $30.00/hour - $54.00/hour
