This contract opportunity is with Intuit.

About the Role

Lead the development and management of educational and marketing content programs, including webinars and virtual events, while ensuring compliance with professional education standards.

What You'll Do

  • Own and maintain a rolling 120-day webinar and virtual conference calendar, sequencing series in the proper order and rotation.
  • Determine event dates and times, working around Intuit holidays and major company milestones to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate recording schedules directly with speakers.
  • Recruit and onboard trainers and speakers for new and refreshed courses, in partnership with team leadership.
  • Manage SOW and PO submission and alignment with speakers.
  • Communicate and coordinate speaker expectations, including use of the standard deck template.
  • Review and approve speaker decks for format, consistency, and quality against team standards.
  • Hand off approved content to production for platform upload, flagging any recording-specific considerations.
  • Create and archive PDF versions of decks to Google Drive.
  • Serve as the team's subject matter expert on CPE/CE requirements (NASBA, IRS).
  • Determine fields of study and credit hours for each program and maintain accurate records in Airtable.
  • Partner with other internal teams to ensure alignment on the NASBA program.
  • Drive monthly promotion plans for webinars, determining asset needs and priorities in partnership with team leadership.
  • Partner with paid and organic social teams on promotional needs, aligning on strategy and approach.
  • Manage and submit promotional requests for in-product display banners and alerts.
  • Plan and partner with design and CRM teams for webinar emails and value-add/acquisition email campaigns.
  • Coordinate trade publication placements and other external promotional opportunities.
  • Identify and pilot new promotional channels, in partnership with the broader team.
  • Participate in monthly reviews to prioritize webinar marketing levers and align on the highest-impact promotional opportunities.
  • Contribute to quarterly content reviews to identify what should be retired, refreshed, or archived.
  • Help build bench strength across the speaker roster.
  • Document and evolve speaker best practices and platform expectations.
  • Partner closely with the Virtual Event Producer, Education team members, and Marketing stakeholders to deliver on shared business goals.
  • Serve as backup coverage for the Virtual Event Producer on core production tasks (e.g., Goldcast setup, recording logistics, live webinar execution) during absences or peak periods, to ensure uninterrupted event delivery.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience developing or managing educational or marketing content programs, ideally webinars, virtual events, or similar customer-facing content.
  • Familiarity with the tax and accounting industry, and experience with continuing professional education requirements (NASBA and IRS CE), is a strong plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to hold speakers, vendors, and cross-functional partners accountable to deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort working directly with external speakers and vendors.
  • Marketing fluency across various promotional channels, including email and social.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with Airtable and Goldcast (or similar event/webinar platforms) is a bonus.
  • A proactive self-starter who can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle both content strategy and promotional execution.
  • Success in this role is measured by a full, well-sequenced content calendar, high-quality speaker content, and strong reach/engagement on promoted webinars.
  • You'll be a key member of the Education Team within the Marketing organization, partnering tightly with the Virtual Event Producer, and cross-functional marketing, sales, and product partners to deliver on shared business goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with continuing professional education standards (NASBA, IRS CE) is a plus given the compliance components of this role.
