This contract is with Palo Alto Networks.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the functional finance team regarding integration costs.
- Collect the standardized budget template from the functional finance contact or business contact
- Facilitate the budget approval process by routing the budget template to Greg for approval
- Monitor and maintain the consolidated budget tracker, ensuring all data is current and accurate
- Ensure approvals are processed in Magnit / Ariba with the correct integration cost centers and GL Account(s)
- Liaise with the Finance contacts to review / tag actual spends at month-end
- Ensure timely updates to the tracker for accurate forecasting
- Prepare a summary of actuals at month-end and a separate one for forecast
- Prepare integration costs details for full year forecast for Tax team on quarterly basis
- Any ad-hoc analysis related to integration spend.
Required Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field (STEM).
- Experience with ERP & Financial Systems, preferrably with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Preparing detailed financial reports and presentations (e.g., Google Slides)
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency In Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $56.69/hour - $75.59/ hour
