About the Role
The Global Program Manager will lead a global program to standardize product hierarchy across all regions, business units, and enterprise systems. The objective of this program is to enable consistent, accurate financial reporting by global product categories.
This role operates across regions where business users and systems assign product hierarchy at different points in the product and order lifecycle. The Program Manager will drive discovery, coordination, and alignment across business, finance, IT, data, and vendor teams to establish a single, globally adopted product hierarchy and enable its use across operational and reporting processes.

What You Will Do
- Lead global discovery efforts to understand how product hierarchy is defined, assigned, stored, and used across regions, systems, and reporting platforms.
- Identify business users, system owners, and functional stakeholders responsible for product hierarchy–related activities, often where ownership and documentation vary by region.
- Coordinate the mapping of existing regional and local product hierarchies to a new global product hierarchy, including validation of business rules and exceptions.
- Partner with Finance and Sales stakeholders to support alignment of product hierarchy to financial structures (e.g., GL string assignment) to ensure accurate revenue and sales reporting.
- Identify and document downstream impacts, including reports and analytics that consume product hierarchy data from the enterprise data lake.
