About the Role
Recruiter will be responsible for leading strategic intake meetings, define role requirements, and create compelling job descriptions that attract world‑class technical talent.
Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process in collaboration with the recruiting coordinator to ensure a seamless, efficient, and inclusive hiring experience.
What You Will Do
- Source, engage, and convert passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other innovative sourcing strategies.
- Screen and assess candidates by reviewing technical resumes and conducting pre‑screen interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Champion the candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, transparency, and a positive journey from first contact through the offer stage.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics (KPIs), using data to refine and improve sourcing strategies and process efficiencies.
- Promote the company’s employer brand by highlighting mission, values, and culture to attract top technical talent.
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Finance, and department leaders to align hiring priorities and workforce planning.
What You Will Need
- 7-10+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring top engineering, product, and IT talent.
- Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, required skills, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Data‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Must be based in the Bay Area and work onsite (hybrid) three days per week in Milpitas, CA.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $70.28/hour - $93.70/ hour
