About the Role

We are a marketing team committed to delivering top-notch marketing solutions to our internal stakeholder clients. Our team values collaboration and a results-driven approach.

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support our team by overseeing a high volume of creative, social, and email deliverables. This role acts as a key connector between Operations/Enablement and Line of Business teams—ensuring accurate project setup, smooth communication, and on-time delivery through Workfront and established SLA processes.

This is a position that would oversee multiple projects and manage timelines on an ongoing basis. It is not a position project managing one large initiative. Regular projects to manage are: creative asset development, social media post creation, email development, etc. This role supports the tracking and on-time delivery of these deliverables.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the central liaison between Creative, Digital, Social, and Line of Business teams—coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholder feedback to ensure projects remain on track and on brand.
  • Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects, ensuring all deliverables meet timeline, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Lead projects through planning → execution → delivery, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and required assets.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable plans for Operations and Enablement.
  • Conduct regular status meetings to track progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers.
  • Maintain knowledge of campaign components and determine the correct creative, digital, and strategic partners for each initiative.
  • Manage intake, prioritize work based on SLAs, and oversee task dependencies and durations.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills to balance multiple active projects.
  • Monitor team bandwidth and adjust schedules to prevent over‑allocation.
  • Uphold standardized project management processes, templates, and documentation best practices.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree with Master's preferred in a related discipline, or equivalent. 
  • Typically a minimum of ten years of related work experience, with five years management experience. 
  • Experience managing marketing projects involving creative, email, and social deliverables.
  • Strong ability to balance multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and requirement‑gathering skills to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Ability to quickly learn and operate within Workfront and related operational workflows.
  • Understanding of campaign processes and cross‑functional marketing team roles.
  • Strong problem‑solving and prioritization abilities.
  • Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $62.83/hour - $83.77/ hour
